City College of Ormoc (CCO) was founded on a creative idea during a benchmarking activity at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela. During this pursuit of academic achievement, the Gomezes, inspired by a desire to empower their fellow Ormocanons, began to dream of building a City College that would be a beacon of quality education without compromise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inspired by PLV’s creative ideas, the Gomezes envisioned a learning institution that would meet worldwide standards and improve Ormoc’s education. These “Trees of Dreams,” as the Gomezes called them, may help them raise a generation of globally competitive people with the knowledge and abilities to navigate the modern world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The City College of Ormoc was the Gomezes’ vision realized with dedication and quality. The benchmarking activity in Manila inspired the institution’s height. More than a place to learn, CCO nurtures Ormocanons to become their best selves with a global perspective and the power to make a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
