The City College of Ormoc successfully conducted its 23rd Board of Trustees (BOT) Meeting yesterday, June 22, 2026, at the SP Session Hall, New Ormoc City Hall. The meeting was presided over by Atty. Nolito M. Quilang, Vice Chairperson of the Board of Trustees and the CCO OIC-President\/College Administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the College President’s Report, presented by Atty. Quilang, highlighted significant developments and accomplishments across the institution. Updates on various academic, student affairs, administrative and financial matters were likewise presented. Several key institutional matters were also discussed and acted upon to further advance the College’s goals and ensure the effective delivery of quality education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Board also formally welcomed and introduced Atty. Jima Zandra Jimenea-Vergara as the new Board Secretary. The Board of Trustees extended its sincere appreciation to Atty. Conrad Lark Anthony Ramirez for his dedicated service as outgoing Board Secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Present during the meeting were Atty. Nolito M. Quilang, OIC President\/College Administrator; Dr. Nathalie T. Igot (via Zoom), Representative for Higher Education; SPM Edmund Kierulf, Chairperson of the Committee on Education and Manpower Development; Atty. Conrad Lark Anthony Ramirez, outgoing Board Secretary; Atty. Jima Zandra Jimenea-Vergara, CCO Legal Officer; Mr. Ethelbert Deguit, CCO Faculty Association President; Mr. Kenneth V. To\u00f1ada, President of the CCO Supreme Student Government; Ms. Rosario G. Serafica, City Accountant; Ms. Stephanie Diane Chu, representative from the business and industry sector; Engr. Raoul Cam, City Planning and Development Coordinator; Mr. Alan Guerra from the City Budget Office; and Ms. Reynabeth Tolero, Administrative Officer from the City Administrator’s Office; Ms. Mary Rose Nabarquez, CCO Budget Officer; Ms. Richel Seblos, CCO Accountant; Mr. Mark Angelo Bernardo, Director for ICTM; Mr. Aga Galabo, VP for Administration and Finance; Ms. Jenny Marx Apit, VP for Student Affairs and Services; and Ms. Sandra Lynn Baybay, VP for Academic Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
