Overview

The College Secretary serves as the Chief Governance and Institutional Coordination Officer of the College and is responsible for ensuring the effective administration of institutional governance systems, coordinating executive and academic councils, maintaining official institutional records, monitoring the implementation of policies and executive directives, and supporting regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and organizational effectiveness. The College Secretary shall serve as the central coordinating office that links the Office of the President, Vice Presidents, academic and administrative units, and institutional councils.
