Office of the President
The Office of the College President/Administrator provides strategic leadership, sets policy direction, and ensures institutional oversight. The College President / Administrator oversees campus operations and directly supervises the Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and Services, and Administration and Finance. Furthermore, the position carries out duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Governing Board.
Legal office image
The Legal Office serves as the legal support unit of the City College of Ormoc, operating under the guidance of the City Legal Officer per Section 481 of RA 7160. It provides legal advice, reviews contracts and agreements, and ensures that College policies and actions comply with applicable laws. The Office may represent the College in legal matters, subject to the authority of the LGU Legal Office, and supports administrative investigations and policy formulation as needed.
MIS image
The Management Information Systems (MIS) Office, headed by the Director for Information, Technology and Communication Management, directly reports to the College President/Administrator. It serves as the College’s central unit for planning, implementing, and managing ICT systems and digital infrastructure, ensuring efficient, secure, and technology-driven operations.
Gender and Development image
The Gender and Development Office organizes gender equality and mainstreaming through policy advocacy, capacity building, and program implementation, supported by the Gender and Development Focal Point System (GFPS) and the GAD Focal Person, who coordinates compliance and gender-responsive initiatives across the College.
